Browns signed LB Cam Johnson from Arizona's practice squad.
The Browns have signed former 7th round pick Cam Johnson. Johnson has been a part of the Niners and most recently the Cardinals practice squad.
Browns activate LB Cam Johnson from the practice squad and waive RB Daryl Richardson.
Cam Johnson has spent the last 13 weeks on the Browns practice squad but he was signed to the active roster on Monday. In the corresponding move, Cleveland waived Daryl Richardson who has been inactive the last two games. Johnson has appeared in 15 career games with the 49ers and Colts with three tackles on defense along with five on special teams.
Browns tried out LB Cam Johnson this week.
The Browns are looking for some defensive line depth, and could sign Johnson. The team also tried out Jayson DiManche and Nordly Capi.
Colts placed LB Cam Johnson (triceps) on injured reserve and released QB Jeff Mathews from the practice squad.
The Colts will add some depth on the defensive side of the ball with Johnson being placed on the injured reserve. They have some guy named Andrew Luck as their QB, so they don\'t really need Mathews anyways.
