David Harris
Player News
David Harris (hamstring) practiced in full Thursday.
Harris missed Week 6 but after practicing in full on Thursday, he will absolutely be active in Week 7. Harris hasn't been as good as has in years past and that's likely due to the fact it's his 10th year of his career.
David Harris is inactive for Week 6.
Harris was banged up last week and from the looks of it, not many thought he would be ready to go for Monday night anyway. He is the veteran leader of this defense, which will be a huge loss for the Jets against an imposing Arizona offense. Erin Henderson, Bruce Carter, and Darron Lee will all be in the mix for reps at inside linebacker on Monday night.
Jets list David Harris (hamstring) as doubtful for Week 6.
Looks like Bruce Carter will get the start for the Jets this Sunday. The regular starter looks to be out because of a hamstring injury.
David Harris remains optimistic he can play in Week 6 against Arizona.
After leaving last weeks match-up against the Steelers with a hamstring injury, it's not looking so good for the line-backer to continue his streak. He currently has a streak of 121 straight games played, dating back to the 2008 season so look to see him as a game-time decision this week against the Cardinals. Bruce Carter would have to start in his spot if he's not able to play this week.
