Nick Perry
Player News
Nick Perry (hand) is listed as questionable to play Sunday.
Perry will miss the Wild Card game against the Giants. That being said the Packers believe he will be able to return soon and play with a cast on his broken hand. With Perry out that means more snaps for the Veteran Peppers and Datone Jones.
Packers believe Nick Perry could return at some point this season.
The Packers' leading pass rusher broke several fingers in his hand and will not play this week. He tried to play last week with a club on his hand, but was in too much pain and had to leave the field. Perry leads the team in sacks.
Nick Perry (hand) will not play in Week 14.
Perry ended up leaving the Packers win over the Texans early due to his hand injury, and he will miss Green Bay's game against Seattle due to the injury. Perry has been a key contributor to the Green Bay defense this season, registering eight sacks and 32 tackles, so his presence is surely going to be missed against a talented Seahawks offense. Julius Peppers or Jayrone Elliott will get the start at outside linebacker in Perry's absence.
Packers have re-signed Nick Perry to a one-year $5 million dollar contract.
Perry appeared in 14 games for the Packers last season, totaling 31 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one forced fumble. His re-signing will add depth to the Packers linebacking group.
