Justin Tuck

Tuck returns to Big Blue, though just for a day as he plays to retire. Tuck spent his first nine years in New York after being third round pick in 2005 and then moved on to play his final two years in Oakland in 2014 and 2015. He finishes his career as a two-time Super Bowl champ and with 66.5 career sacks. We here at Fantasy Alarm wish him luck in whatever ventures he pursues next.

It only makes sense for Tuck to retire with the team he helped win two Super Bowls. No to mention he had 60.5 sacks with the team. Good for sixth in New York Giants history. After spending the last two seasons in Oakland, Tuck decided to hang up his cleats. He's had a prolific career and will likely find himself in the Giants Hall of Fame sooner rather than later.

The last image fans got to see of Tuck on a football field was him leaving a game early in the 2015 season with a torn pectoral muscle. The longtime Giant, and most recently, Raider will end his career a two-time Super Bowl champion, two-time Pro Bowler, and with 68.5 sacks to his credit. Tuck was a key piece of the two Super Bowl runs the Giants went on and he had reportedly been stewing over retirement since after the 2012 SB win. It was a very good career for the DE and he will now become a family man and we look forward to see what else is ahead for him.

Tuck tore his pectoral muscle and will be out for the rest of the season. He'll probably be back in Oakland next year to provide veteran leadership.
