Colts have placed DE Kendall Langford on injured reserve.
Langford has not played since Week 7. His knee has not been responding well of late to his off-season surgery, and the team has removed him from the active roster.
Kendall Langford has been ruled out for Week 8 against the Chiefs.
This hurts the Colts defense who has already been struggling to get pressure on quarterbacks and stop the running game. Langford has been dealing with injuries since the season started and they look to be catching up to him.

Kendall Langford (knee) had an MRI on his injured knee, and he’s expected to be sidelined three to four weeks. Langford is hopeful to return before the season opener.
With an already weak defense, the Colts could ill afford the loss of Langford. Luckily he is only expected to be out for a month at most, so he could still end up being healthy for Week 1. It should be noted also that Langford has never missed a game in his career.
