Zach Miller
Player News
Seahawks announce the release of TE Zach Miller with failed physical designation.
Miller wasn't integral to the Seahawks offensive attack anyway, so don't worry too much about a drop off from Russell Wilson in terms of passing production. They should be able to find a better replacement during the offseason anyway.
Zach Miller is making good progress after two ankle surgeries, according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Two ankle surgeries are a scary thing to read about any football player, especially one who is expected to run after catching the ball. It is early, and Miller is not a top TE candidate in most fantasy leagues, so just keep your ears open as to how he plays in OTAs.
TE Zach Miller going on season-ending injured reserve because recovery from ankle surgery isn't happening.
Zach Miller and his ankle just don\'t seem to be getting any better, leaving Seattle with no other choice than to put him on IR. Luke Wilson should continue to be the starting TE unless Wilson\'s injury is considered to be worse than expected.
Zach Miller (ankle) will not return to practice this week.
Seattle\'s passing offense has struggled mightily this season and look no further than the loss of Zach Miller as the main culprit. Having no viable TE in this offense has limited what Russell Wilson can do when dropping back to pass and things aren\'t beginning to look up for the young QB who won\'t expect to see Miller back any time soon.
