Saalim Hakim

As Cleveland continues to stockpile draft choices, they have cleared at least spot in camp on Friday. After signing Saalim Hakim just four days ago, the Browns have released him one day after taking Casey Coleman in the first round. Hakim has experience with the Jets and in the return game so he will look to catch on with another franchise once the draft is over.

Hakim will battle throughout off-season practices and training camp to earn a roster spot on the Browns. The Browns will probably address the wide receiver position in the draft as well so Hakim’s spot may be short lived. At this point, he can continue to be avoided in fantasy football.

Hakim is a speedster, but has not put anything up on the stat sheet for 2015. He played in two games this season without a tackle or anything else to recommend him as a viable IDP candidate.

In his three years in the league, Hakim's offensive contributions have been limited to -3 yards on just two carries.
