Redskins have signed WR Colin Lockett to practice squad and TE Ray Hamilton to practice squad/injured list.
Lockett went undrafted out of San Diego State University. He'll get his first crack at playing in a professional game in Week 16. It'll most likely come on special teams, if it happens at all.
