Texans signed safety Don Jones to their 53-man roster.
The Texans continue to tweak their defense and adding Jones is just another part of that. It remains to be seen how much playing time the safety will receive in his first game and can safely be avoided by fantasy owners.

After being cut earlier this month by the Cleveland Browns, SS Don Jones was one of three defensive backs to work out for the Texans Tuesday. Jones who was a former seventh round pick by the Miami Dolphins, also spent time in New England.
Browns waived DB Don Jones.
The Browns have decided to waive DB Don Jones and add TE Connor Hamlett to the active roster Tuesday. Jones has played in all four games for the Browns this season but has only one tackle and one assisted tackle.
Browns acquire DB Don Jones via waivers and place LB Scott Solomon on injured reserve.
Jones was waived by the Saints, but finds a new home in Cleveland. He'll help out on special teams for the Browns.
