Demontre Hurst

Hurst was waived about a month ago from the Bears but is now back on the midway though likely not as a starter. Hurst should see time as a reserve safety or special teamer.

Hurst was originally waived by the Bears in September, and has been brought back to the practice squad. He will look to work his way up to the main roster.

Hurst hadn't appeared in a game for the team this year after appearing in some in both 2014 and 2015. Hurst made 44 combined tackles and even had an interception during his time with the team.

The Bears have added Hurst off of their practice squad. Hurst has 44 tackles in 2 years with the Bears and they hope that he can contribute for their defense this year.
