A lot like Mike Jenkins, many still believe that the potential is still there for Cox to be an effective corner in this league. The Patriots are always a great organization to land with when looking to unlock your potential, as they have great developmental staff in place to get that job done. Take a look at what they were able to get out of oft troubled running back, Legarrett Blount.

They definitely need some at cornerback, but Cox would be hanging low on the depth chart if the Saints end up signing him.

This poor guy is on a yo-yo here as the Ravens have now signed and released him twice in less than a week\'s time. Hard to say if/when he\'ll rejoin them again, but for now, he\'s on the outs.
