De'Andre Presley (shin) was placed on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list.
Presley has appeared in eight NFL games during his NFL career, but never in a large capacity. He doesn't figure to be part of the Panthers' final roster.

Well it\'s about time the Panthers dealt with their lack of quality wide receivers. Jerricho Cotchery, Brenton Bersin, and Philly Brown just haven\'t been cutting it. Presley, a speedy rookie out of Appalachian State, will finally see some snaps, but won\'t have much in the way of fantasy value.

The Panthers wide receiving core has been brutal this season outside of Kelvin Benjamin, which is why they are signing Presley to active roster. However, he shouldn\'t be picked up in fantasy leagues until he actually does something during a game.
