Reggie Bush
Player News
Reggie Bush is getting reps at WR in individual drills Thursday.
Well this is certainly an original idea by Rex Ryan as the team is currently dealing with injuries to both starting receivers in Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods it appears they are going to give Reggie Bush a go at receiver. Bush does have solid receiving skills out of the backfield and has long been a dangerous player in space so it will be interesting to see if this actually plays out or if he is getting reps in case of an emergency.
Reggie Bush is officially inactive for Week 4.
This move came as a bit of a surprise, and according to Bills beat reporters it seems as if his status as inactive today cements his impending release once Marcel Dareus returns from suspension. Bush has just three carries this season for -4 yards and hasn't been fantasy relevant since his 2013 when he was a member of the Detroit Lions.
Reggie Bush has been excused from Monday's practice for personal reasons.
There is no information about the personal reasons but we are sure that he'll be back to camp in a day or two. He is slated behind LeSean McCoy in the Bills backfield with Karlos Williams suspended for the first four games of the season.
Bills officially sign Reggie Bush to a one-year deal.
Bush was at the Buffalo facilities on Monday for a visit and physicals before being offered the one-year deal. The now 31-year-old had a shortened season in San Francisco last year but should give the Bills a fresh body in the backfield for camp and the early part of the season as LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams are nicked up and suspended respectively. He could also be featured in the special teams department on the return team if needed.
