Hamilton has yet to see game action in 2018, but his full participation in practice puts him on track to be available for the team's regular-season finale Sunday against the Saints.
Hamilton has been downgraded to out for Sunday's clash against the Colts due to an illness, Max Henson of the Panthers' official site reports.

The Panthers waived Hamilton on Friday, Max Henson of the team's official website reports.
Hamilton has not suited up for an NFL game since his rookie year in 2016. He was competing with Kyle Love to earn a spot backing up Dontari Poe at nose tackle, but was unable to make enough of an impression.
