The Vikings released Catalina on Sunday.
Catalina just latched on with the Vikings on the first of the month and will be looking for a depth role elsewhere. His release made room for the signing of tackle Nate Wozniak.
Catalina (shoulder) was waived by Washington on Wednesday, Kareem Copeland of The Washington Post reports.
On a positive note for Catalina, he appears to have fully recovered from the shoulder injury that caused him to miss the entire 2018 season. He'll now look for a depth role elsewhere in the league.
