Anchrum marks the third offensive lineman signed by the Seahawks this offseason, joining center Nick Harris and tackle George Fant. Seattle appears to be making their intentions clear under head coach Mike Macdonald and offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb after failing to live up to expectations in 2023. Anchrum should compete for a starting interior offensive line position in camp and preseason.

Anchrum got the start at right guard in Week 2 against the Falcons and was injured two snaps into the game. He was already filling in with starting C Brian Allen (knee) week to week and RG Coleman Shelton kicking over to center. Alaric Jackson replaced Anchrum in the lineup versus Atlanta. This offensive line is in complete shambles.
