2024 Player Outlook
2023 was a good but not great season from McLaurin as the Commanders offense continued to battle inconsistent quarterback play. In all, McLaurin finished with 79 receptions for 1,002 yards and four touchdowns which isn't too far off from his standard production but as the top receiver on a team that threw the ball more than anybody you would have hoped for a higher level of output, especially after finishing with nearly 1,200 receiving yards the year before. 2024 brings about change in Washington as a new head coach, new offensive coordinator and new first round pick QB are in town. The defensive minded Dan Quinn is now the head coach in Washington but he went and brought in Kliff Kingsbury to be his offensive coordinator and then the team went and drafted Jayden Daniels with the second overall pick. This has the making of being an exciting offense to be part of and with McLaurin being the top receiver, I think he is a pretty great value as he comes off the board as WR30.
