Sean Porter

Porter is a now 25-year-old former fourth rounder out of Texas A&M who hasn't played in a game in the NFL since 2014. Jacksonville's season is clearly over at this point and so they may as well see who they have on their practice squad and who can help out an already solid defense. Porter is taking the spot vacated by the waived Arthur Brown on the active roster.

The former Texas A&M product will look to latch on with the Jags past training camp next offseason. For those in IDP leagues, Porter will be a non-factor in 2016.

Jacksonville will give Porter a look after he appeared in just one game with the Bengals. He is not someone with whom to be concerned.

Former Bengals LB Sean Porter has gone unclaimed on waivers. Cincinnati had to make a decision on Porter as his time on the PUP list was up as he is returning from a torn ACL. Porter could be signed to the Bengals practice squad or placed on the injured reserve now that he has made it through the waivers process.
