NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Titans S Quandre Diggs suffered a Lisfranc injury and is out for the season.
Diggs exited Week 9’s game against the Patriots in the second quarter and did not return to the field. The veteran safety has started all eight games he’s appeared in this season and has tallied 42 tackles while earning a PFF coverage grade of 70.6 this season. Third-year safety and former UDFA Mike Brown will likely take over for Diggs moving forward.
Quandre Diggs (foot) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 10 against the Patriots.
Diggs picked up the foot injury in the second quarter and won’t be able to return for the Titans. The 31-year-old will see his snaps taken by Mike Brown.
Titans signed S Quandre Diggs, formerly of the Seahawks, to a one-year contract.
Diggs can earn up to $5 million on his new contract and rejoins former Seahawks teammate Jamal Adams in the Music City. Last season, Diggs totaled 95 tackles, one interception, and five pass breakups while starting all 17 games he appeared in. Diggs has played in and started every regular-season game over the last four seasons and earned a PFF coverage grade of 55.4 on over 1,100 defensive snaps.
