Patrick Murray

Murray sustained a knee injury back in September, and have cut him with Cody Parkey playing well.

The Browns kicker will need an MRI on his knee after injuring it during practice this week. With the signing of Cody Parkey, it's looking more likely of a trip to the DL for Murray.

Patrick Murray is considered questionable to play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, Mary Cabot of Cleveland.com reports. The Browns may be required to bring in a kicker on short notice prior to their Sunday game since Murray is questionable with a knee injury. As if the Browns needed any more injuries to their already beaten up roster. If Murray would play, Cleveland will not be in many scoring opportunities anyway.

The Browns are bringing in Murray to compete with Travis Coons for the starting position. Murray did not kick in 2015 but in 2014 he went 20-of-24 on field goal attempts.
