Matt Slauson has a foot injury and is questionable to return.
Slauson left the game with a foot injury and it appears he's Questionable to return. Spencer Puller stepped in at Center. RT Joe Barksdale is also down and LT King Dunlap was inactive heading into Saturday's game against Cleveland so the Chargers offensive line is pretty beat up as the Chargers are actually in a close game against the Cleveland Browns.

With Max Tuerk still rehabbing his knee surgery, a veteran from the Bears may start the year at center for San Diego. The Chargers had a tough 2015 in regards to keeping their line healthy and Matt Slauson has been offered a two year contract which should be consummated when he arrives at camp. Slauson is driving to San Diego from Chicago but is familiar with the system Mike McCoy will have in place with the Chargers. As long as he passes his physical, Slauson is slated to be the starting center for San Diego for the upcoming season.

The durable guard, who was released by the Bears last week after they selected Cody Whitehair from Kansas State in the second round of the draft. Slauson will be a nice addition to a Chargers offensive line that ranked 31st in rushing last season, and allowed Phillip Rivers to be sacked 44 times.
