Matt McCants

This is a corresponding move in the IR listing of Mike Adams on Monday.

McCants was waived by the Raiders just after Thanksgiving and joined the Browns recently thereafter. He'll look to catch on elsewhere.

He had served as backup to Donald Penn anyway, so this isn't a big blow to their offensive line or anything. This move shouldn't affect the fantasy values of any position players on the offense.

With teams agreeing to their one-year tenders, the Raiders signed one of their tackles. Oakland needs depth on the offensive line and has retained Matt McCants for the 2016 season.
