MarQueis Gray
Player News
Dolphins signed MarQueis Gray to a two-year extension.
Gray was a depth add by the Dolphins last offseason but has become a dependable member of the offense since Jordan Cameron ended his year early. He has 14 grabs for 174 yards on the season but that was good enough to earn another two years on South Beach. He should be the number two TE for Miami heading into next season.
Dolphins have agreed to terms with Marqueis Gray.
Gray has had little impact in the beginning of his NFL career, as he has 12 career receptions in four seasons. That is unlikely to change with this move to the Dolphins.
Bills did not offer a contract to restricted free agent MarQueis Gray.
Gray does a better job in the HB position as he has done very little in terms of receiving since entering the league in 2013. He has a grand total of 13 catches in 29 career games with 144 reception yards and no touchdowns. Gray will turn 27 years-old this season and will likely get a small contract somewhere else.
Bills placed TE MarQueis Gray on injured-reserve.
Gray broke his forearm this past Sunday and so it isn't shocking that he would miss the rest of the season given the length of time typically needed to recover from it. With Charles Clay firmly entrenched as the starting tight end in Buffalo anyone that would fill in for Gray is simply a reserve option.
