Buccaneers have released Louis Murphy.
He has been on the PUP list all season coming back from an ACL injury, but it appears that the Bucs have decided to move on rather than active him. He will now look for gainful employment elsewhere.

Murphy returned to the practice field last month but suffered a setback as he was working his was back from a knee injury. He'll spend the rest of the season on the PUP list and hope that he can earn a spot in camp next season, as he'll still be under contract with the Bucs.
Buccaneers have until the end of the day Monday to decided whether to place Louis Murphy on the injured reserve or not.
Murphy has yet to play this season while recovering from a torn ACL. The 29-year-old receiver suffered a setback at practice this past week. Murphy has not played in an NFL game in over a calendar year.
