Dotson was a fourth-round pick by the Steelers in 2020. He joined the Rams last summer when he was traded in a deal that also included several Day 3 draft picks. Dotson would go on to start all 14 games he appeared in for the Rams last season, playing exclusively at right guard while earning a PFF blocking grade of 85.2—the highest grade of his career. Dotson’s new deal includes $32 million in guaranteed money and will keep him under contract through 2026.
