Update: Keenan Robinson has returned for the Giants.
The Giants looks to get back to full strength on the defensive side. Robinson has returned for the Giants to help out the D.
Keenan Robinson (groin) returned to practice on Sunday.
Robinson missed a few practices over the last week or so with his groin injury and the injury was serious enough to keep him out of Friday's preseason game. He was able to return to practice today, which is a good sign and important for Robinson as he's competing for a roster spot. The 27-year-old played for the Washington Redskins for three seasons before coming to the Giants, where he started 21 games and recorded two interceptions, one and a half sacks, and 109 tackles.
Keenan Robinson has agreed to terms with the Giants.
Robinson totaled 63 tackles and one interception for the Redskins last season and will now be joining the Giants where his job will now be to stop his former squads offense.
Keenan Robinson remains a game time decision Week 10 because of his shoulder/neck injury.
Robinson will make his decision on if he will play or not right before game time. The MLB has been effective for the Redskins and without him in the lineup the run stopping game with take a hit. If he is unable to suit up today, look for Will Compton to have an increased role in the defense.
