Justin Forsett

Forsett was quite productive over 26 games (24 starts) for the Ravens between 2014 and 2015. He earned a Pro-Bowl selection in 2014, a season in which he compiled 1,529 yards from scrimmage and scored eight touchdowns. This past season was a total different story for Forsett, as he suited up for three different teams in 2016 and was largely ineffective in limited opportunities with each of them.

After out-touching Devontae Booker 14 to eight in last week's game, Forsett will take control as the team's lead back. Booker hasn't been good of late, and while Forsett hasn't been lighting it on fire either, his familiarity with coach Gary Kubiak likely made the decision a tad bit easier. This week's matchup against Kansas City isn't easy by any means, but he should get enough work to produce as a low-end RB2.

Neither of the two Denver running backs ran particularly well for the Broncos in their match up with the Patriots. Forsett outgained Booker 37-17. The magic of Devontae Booker seems to have evaporated, as he has not broken 50 yards since Week 12 against the Chiefs.

The Broncos just claimed Forsett off waivers on Monday of this week, that being said Forsett has played in the Kubiak offense when he was a part of the Texans earlier in his career. Kapri Bibbs has been placed on I.R. and expect Forsett to handle the pass catching role. Booker has been terrible since taking over as the primary running back averaging only 2.8 yards per carry the last five weeks. Neither Booker or Forsett are good options in Week 14.
