Giants LT Jermaine Eluemunor (quad) is doubtful for Week 14 against the Saints.
Right tackle Evan Neal is questionable with a hip issue. Head coach Brian Daboll called both week to week on Wednesday. It’s safe to assume Eluemunor won’t play through the doubtful tag while Neal appears to be on the wrong side fo questionable given Daboll’s comments. Drew Lock will be an easy target for the Saints’ pass-rush on Sunday.
Giants agreed to terms with OL Jermaine Eluemunor, formerly of the Raiders, on a two-year, $14 million contract.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport was first on the scoop. Eluemunor started 31 games for the Raiders over the past two years. The bulk of his work has come at right tackle, though he did see three starts at left tackle and one at right guard over that span. Eluemunor has additional experience at both positions from previous seasons. The move gives New York a versatile linemen who can fill any one of their many holes across the offensive line.
Raiders re-signed OG Jermaine Eluemunor.
The 27-year-old appeared in a career-high 14 games for the Raiders last season, opening the year as the starting right guard Weeks 1-4. He could again compete for a starting role under new coach Josh McDaniels, whom Eluemunor played for in New England from 2019-20.
Dolphins signed G Jermaine Eluemunor, formerly of the Patriots.
Tendered to a one-year, $2.133 million contract at the original-round level last year, Eluemunor played a career-high 419 (41%) offensive snaps across eight starts among New England's battered trenches. He'll play both off the bench and on special teams in his age-27 season with Miami.
