Pullard signed a contract with the Eagles on Tuesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Pullard was released by the Cardinals on Sunday, only a few weeks after signing with the team. The 27-year-old had a productive 74-tackle season with the Chargers in 2017, but he had only 18 tackles in nine games last season.
The Cardinals released Pullard on Sunday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Pullard recently signed a contract with the team at the beginning of August, but was unable to make an impression. The 27-year-old could be an attractive depth option for another club, considering he made 18 tackles (13 solo) last season in nine games with the Chargers.
Pullard signed a contract with the Cardinals on Friday.
Pullard spent the last two seasons with the Chargers. The former seventh-round pick saw his role decrease in 2018 after logging 74 total tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery over 13 games in the 2017 campaign.
Jaguars have signed rookie linebacker Hayes Pullard off Cleveland's practice squad.
Pullard will join the Jaguars active roster after being signed away from Cleveland. Pullard was a 7th round pick out of USC by the Browns but did not appear in a game.
