Martino, who last played in the NFL for the Falcons in 2014, was promoted from the practice squad by the Buccaneers on Wednesday. The 25-year-old out of North Greenville College has spent the last two seasons on the Eagles and Bucs practice squad, and has played in just one NFL regular season game.
