Player News
Browns signed DB Ed Reynolds from the practice squad.
Reynolds has six games experience with the Eagles in 2015, where he collected 21 tackles, 16 of those being solos. He also had a pass deflection and an interception in his limited action. He will back up Tracy Pryor at free safety, with Jordan Porter now on IR.
S Ed Reynolds has been released by the Eagles.
Along with Cody Parkey and Najee Goode, the Eagles decided to part ways with safety Ed Reynolds. Reynolds is a former fifth round pick from the 2014 NFL Draft.
The Eagles have signed S Ed Reynolds to his four-year rookie contract.
The Eagles drafted Reynolds in the fifth round and are expecting him to make some sort of a reasonable impact early on. The Stanford product was a big part of the Cardinal defense over the years and we all know how Chip Kelly loves scooping up those Pac-12 alumn. It is unclear as to what Reynolds' role will be initially, but the safety will be groomed to make an impact at his natural position.
