Saints placed RB Dwayne Washington (illness) on the non-football illness list.
Washington has not played since Week 13. The special-team contributor rushed 11 times for 38 yards this season and is due to be a free agent this offseason. Assuming this illness isn't gravely serious, Washington, 29 in April, will be a decent depth option that should fight for a job in camp somewhere.
