Dezman Moses

He played limited snaps for the Chiefs prior to his release. He is best seen as a depth LB who can step in to provide a breather for the starters or injury relief.

The Chiefs added Sio Moore this week and cut Dezman Moses to make room. Moses has appeared in three games this season, recording one tackle. He'll look to latch on as a practice squad member if he can't find a 53-man job.

The team wanted some depth at outside linebacker, seeing as Justin Houston will be out for six weeks and the team's only had four players active at the position for their season opening contest. Moses should add some depth to that position and help on special teams.

Moses had been third on the depth chart at outside linebacker, behind Tamba Hali and Frank Zombo. The Chiefs do have some depth issues at linebacker, so keep your eyes open for the signing of another player in the near future.
