Demetri Goodson

Goodson's season is now over with the knee injury that has forced him to the IR. With Goodson off the 53-man roster Green Bay promoted CB Makinton Dorleant to give the Packers depth in their secondary.

Goodson as been left on special teams for the Packers since the return of Quinten Rollins. The sixth rounder out of Baylor will likely miss multiple weeks depending on the severity of his knee injury.

Goodson had to be carted off the field so although his return is Questionable it's unlikely he'll return. It's very rare that a player returns from being carted off the field. Quinten Rollins and LaDarius Gunter will fill in for Goodson.

Goodson was carted off the field after Green Bay's punt return. Goodson appeared to suffer a knee injury and it's never good when a knee injury requires being carted off the field. It's too early to tell if Goodson's season is over, but he certainly won't return to action against Washington.
