Titans' David Bass has been fined $17,000 for his helmet-to-helmet hit on Saints QB Drew Brees on Sunday.
Periodic fines are simply the price of doing business for defensive players in today's NFL. Bass should be just fine moving forward.
As expected, Bears re-signed DE David Bass to their practice squad.
Bass was waived earlier this week but was fully expected to be added to Chicago\'s practice squad. He\'ll be a member of that unit until he is needed again on the active roster.
