Darrius Heyward-Bey

Pittsburgh Steelers - WR

Player News

Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot) is active for Week 16.

Heyward-Bey will start opposite of Antonio Brown and should see a few targets. He can be avoided in fantasy as he is a boom-or-bust WR leaning heavier on the bust side. Brown will be his usual go-to guy self.

Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot) has been ruled out Week 15.

Head Coach Mike Tomlin was not optimistic that Heyward-Bey would return for Week 15 and those feelings have came to fruition as he'll be out this week. Eli Rogers should see a few extra targets as a result but it'll be the Antonio Brown and Le'veon Bell show, as usual, against Cincy.

Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot) may be able to return to practice this week.

Yippee! Do not run out to pick him up off the waiver wire, though. He has just five receptions on 15 targets for 68 yards in 8 games this season. He is still going to be listed as questionable to open the week, we can expect, although depending on his practice participation, he could be active against the Bills on the road.

After missing four straight games with a foot injury, Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Darrius Heyward-Bey could be available this week to practice for the first time in over a month. In his absence, the receiving corp has been operating led by Antonio Brown, Eli Rogers, and Sammi Coates.

Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot) has been ruled out for Week 11.

Heyward-Bey will miss his second straight game with a sprained foot. This will mean just more targets for Antonio Brown, LeVeon Bell, and Eli Rogers. Rogers is a sneaky play in DFS since the Browns have allowed a touchdown to a slot receiver in five straight games.
