Vikings signed C Dan Feeney, formerly of the Bears.
Feeney will stay in the NFC North after spending 2023 in Chicago. He started one game at center for the Bears. Feeney last served as as full-time starter in 2020 when he was with the Chargers. He will be a backup and special teamer for the Vikings.
Dolphins traded OG Dan Feeney to the Bears for a 2024 sixth-round pick.
Feeney will have a chance to start in Week 1 for the Bears. Starting guard Teven Jenkins is considered week-to-week with a leg injury suffered earlier this offseason, leaving a hole along the left side of the line. Feeney has 96 career games to his name, which includes 64 career starts. He’ll be a serviceable replacement until Jenkins is ready to go.

Feeney will stay in the AFC East after spending the last two seasons with the Jets. The 28-year-old started just seven games in two seasons in New York after 64 starts in his first four seasons with the Chargers. Feeney will be veteran depth on a Miami offensive line that dealt with multiple injuries in 2022.

Feeney was drafted in the third round by the Chargers in 2017 and landed with the Jets last year. He appeared in 16 games but primarily as a reserve. Entering his age-28 season, Feeney will continue to provide quality depth for the Jets' offensive line in 2022.
