The Jaguars waived Brown (undisclosed) from injured reserve Tuesday, John Reid of The Florida Times-Union reports.
If Brown clears waivers, he'll be able to sign with another team. The 25-year-old hasn't played in an NFL game since entering the league in 2017.
Brown (undisclosed) was placed on the waived/injured list by the Jaguars on Tuesday per the NFL's official transaction page.
Brown signed with Jacksonville in April after putting together a solid performance in the now disbanded AAF. It's unclear how he picked up the injury, but the Arkansas State product now won't count against the 90-man roster limit.
