Chad Williams

Williams was brought up from the practice squad due to a plethora of wideout injuries, but he only played six offensive snaps. The 25-year-old is under contract for the 2020 season with no guaranteed money, and he'll face steep competition to make the final roster.

Williams, who had been on the practice squad, will provide the team with added wideout depth after Chester Rogers landed on IR due to a knee injury, and with both T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand) banged up heading into Week 14.

Williams spent his offseason with the Cardinals before being cut as part of the final roster cut. He had appeared in 16 games with the Cardinals before that, recording 20 catches for 202 yards and a touchdown.

The 2017 third-round pick hauled in 17 passes for 171 yards and one touchdown in 10 games last season, but failed to make the roster with a crowded receiver room. Williams could bring NFL experience and depth to another team this season.
