He will, as always, miss at least the next four games. Zane Gonzalez will kick for the Commanders this week, though it will be his last practice-squad elevation and it is unknown if they’ll sign him to the active roster after Week 13. Seibert missed a field goal and two extra points, including one that would have tied the game, against the Cowboys in Week 12. He claimed he was healthy afterwards, but it was fairly obvious he was still struggling.

Seibert has missed the last two games due to a hip injury but will be back kicking for the Commanders in Sunday’s game against the Cowboys. Seibert has been one of the most valuable players on Washington’s roster this season, converting 25-of-27 field goals while going a perfect 22-for-22 on his extra points. He should have plenty of opportunities in Sunday’s game against the Cowboys porous defense.

Seibert was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but upgraded to Full Participant status on Friday. The fact that the team still felt it necessary to label him as questionable suggests they may choose to give him one more week to get right.

Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said the team would evaluate Seibert at the end of the week to see if you can suit up for Week 11 against the Cowboys after missing Week 10. Seibert has been among the league’s best kickers in 2024, making 25 of 27 field goal tries and all 22 of his extra points. Zane Gonzalez would get another start for Washington if Seibert remains sidelined. Both kickers make for good fantasy options against Dallas.
