Cardinals re-signed Andy Lee to a one-year deal.
Lee will return for a fifth season with the Cardinals after spending most of his lengthy career in San Francisco. Lee didn't exactly have a banner 2020, finishing with the ninth worst yards per punt average. He had the 16th most punts inside the 20 yard line.
Lee (hip) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Lee has been nursing a hip injury since late September, but he'll now manage to suit up for a third consecutive contest. He'll handle punting duties and hold on field goals. as per usual.

Lee missed last week's game due to his hip injury and it appears he may not be over the issue quite yet. Ryan Winslow, who handled the punting duties last week, is also active. If Lee's hip is still bothering him, he may just hold on field goals for Zane Gonzalez and cede the punting job to Winslow for the day.
