Adam Humphries caught 1-of-2 targets for three yards in Washington's Week 18 win over the Giants.
Humphries ended up catching 41 balls for Washington's under-manned receiver corps, his most since 2018 in Tampa. That year was also the last time he got in a season's worth of games. Humphries fulfilled his purpose of being a replacement-level slot man, but he definitely did not achieve more. Headed back to free agency ahead of his age-29 campaign, Humphries will have to hustle to make someone's 53-man roster.
Adam Humphries caught 4-of-7 targets for 34 yards in Washington's Week 15 loss to Philadelphia.
He also drew a pass interference penalty. Humphries has now posted seven games this season with between 30 and 44 yards, and his devotion to the 3-4 catch, 34-38 yard projection is admirable. If he were getting these targets in a better offense, he might be worthy of some fantasy buzz. Alas, with the Football Team travelling to Dallas this week, he's not a recommended play.
Adam Humphries caught both of his targets for 30 yards in the Football Team's Week 11 win against the Panthers.
The team's slot receiver had a critical third down reception in the second half that extended a clock-killing Washington drive. Humphries continues to run a lot of empty routes in a passing offense that runs through Terry McLaurin. He's not fantasy viable.
Adam Humphries caught his lone target for five yards in Washington's Week 10 win against the Bucs.
Humphries had a crucial fourth quarter fumble at midfield that threatened to derail the Football Team's keep-away game plan. Even as the Football Team's primary slot receiver, Humphries is seeing almost no target volume. He should remain on waiver wires.
