At 6â??7â?, Strawther was both an excellent shooter and rebounder for Gonzaga last season. While those may be the best aspects of his game, he is able to do plenty of other things on the court. He is a dangerous catch-and-shoot player but also effective with the ball in his hands. He also showed upside on the defensive end of the floor in college. He does enough things well that will translate to the modern NBA, so he should be able to find minutes as a rookie, even if he is joining the defending NBA champions. With Bruce Brown entering unrestricted free agency, Strawther could fill some of those minutes, though he won't provide value in the same way that Brown did.
