Smaller defenders tend to succeed more against Karl-Anthony Towns than traditional centers, so the Warriors will start Green at the five. With Quinten Post being moved to the bench, Santos moves into the starting five. He offers limited streaming value in this role, while there’s no need to roster Post.

Santos did not play in Thursday’s loss to the Lakers. His return gives Steve Kerr another option off the bench, but the addition of Jimmy Butler lowers Santos’ already-low fantasy ceiling. There isn’t a need to roster him in most leagues.

Santos was sidelined against the Lakers on Thursday, and he may remain sidelined for another game. However, his role for the Warriors this season has been minimal, so his status for this game shouldn’t have an impact on their rotation.

Santos played just 11 minutes Wednesday with the Warriors down to just 10 active players against the Jazz. The 22-year-old power forward doesn’t posses a role significant enough to where his availability would impact fantasy basketball either way.
