ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Knicks signed Marjon Beauchamp to a two-way contract.
Waived by the Clippers on Saturday, Beauchamp has found a new home. The 24th overall pick in the 2022 draft, he failed to establish himself in Milwaukee before being traded to the Clippers at the February deadline. Beauchamp will fill one of the Knicks’ two open two-way spots.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Clippers have waived Marjon Beauchamp.
A former first-round pick by the Bucks in 2022, Beauchamp was acquired by the Clippers in a trade for Kevin Porter Jr. prior to the deadline. Now Los Angeles is waiving the 24-year-old small forward in a housekeeping move to open a roster spot for Jordan Miller, who was given a standard contract.
MarJon Beauchamp will be available to play against the Jazz on Saturday.
Beauchamp will be able so suit up for the Clippers for the first time since he was traded to Los Angeles on Thursday. He was never ever to carve out a role with the Bucks, but he’ll look to reverse his fortunes with the Clippers. However, there is no reason to consider rostering him as of now.
Marjon Beauchamp has been traded to the Clippers in exchange for Kevin Porter Jr., per ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Beauchamp, the 24th overall pick in the 2022 draft, failed to establish himself in Milwaukee. He’ll look to change that with the Clippers, but this roster is deep on the wings, even with Thursday’s trades. Fantasy managers weren’t counting on Beauchamp before this trade, which isn’t changing in Los Angeles.
