Anthony Gill (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Tuesday’s game against the Pacers.
Gill came into Tuesday’s game as questionable with a hamstring injury, but he was cleared to suit up. However, after playing just seven minutes, he won’t be able to return. JT Thor should play extra minutes off the bench in his absence.
Anthony Gill (hip) is available for Thursday’s game against the Magic.
Gill was questionable with a left hip strain, but is available against the Magic on Thursday. The 32-year-old power forward should have a decent role with Richaun Holmes out with a shoulder injury.
Anthony Gill (hip) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Magic, and Richaun Holmes (shoulder) is doubtful.
Holmes injured his shoulder during the first half of Wednesday’s win over the Kings, with the Wizards ruling him out during the third quarter. His absence freed up additional playing time for Gill, who logged 31 minutes off the bench. If both are unable to play, JT Thor would figure more prominently in the bench rotation, but he is not worth streaming in most leagues.
