Isaiah Joe recorded 17 points (5-of-15 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, two steals and two three-pointers in 35 minutes in Sunday’s win over the Pelicans.
Isaiah Joe lit up the Jazz with 32 points (11-of-15 FGs), five rebounds, nine assists, two steals and 10 three-pointers on Friday.
Joe fell one point shy of tying his career-high for points in a game, but he was still able to set a new career-high for three-pointers, which also tied the franchise record that was set by Paul George in 2019. Joe also set a new career-high for assists. Oklahoma City will wrap up the regular season in New Orleans on Sunday. Unless head coach Mark Daigneault opts to rest him for the postseason, Joe should once again play a significant role and likely provide more triples.
Isaiah Joe (knee) is absent from the injury report for Friday’s game against the Jazz.
Joe played 30 minutes as a starter in Wednesday’s win over the Suns, despite having recently dealt with a knee issue. He should take on a similar workload on Friday, as Oklahoma City’s entire starting five is out due to injury or rest reasons.
Isaiah Joe (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Rockets.
Joe’s absence leaves the Thunder down a rotation perimeter player. However, with Alex Caruso and Aaron Wiggins available, the impact of Joe’s absence will be minimal.
