Terance Mann lit up the Magic with 19 points (9-of-14 FGs), three rebounds and four assists on Sunday.
Mann was one of the few veterans that played on Sunday, and he was able to do more scoring than he typically does for the shorthanded Hawks. He scored 14 points in the third quarter and matched his highest-scoring performance as a Hawk. Mann will play a large reserve role for Atlanta during the postseason, but his role doesn’t typically ask him to score as much as he did in this game. Still, Mann will be an important piece for the Hawks as they try to survive the Play-In Tournament.
Terance Mann amassed 14 points (6-of-8 FGs), six rebounds, one assist, two steals and two three-pointers in 21 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Knicks.
Terance Mann provided a boost off the bench with 19 points (9-of-13 FGs), six rebounds, four assists and one block against the 76ers on Monday.
With Caris LeVert (finger) sidelined on Monday, Atlanta’s other trade deadline acquisitions stepped up as scoring options. Mann and Georges Niang (18/4/3) combined to score 37 of the Hawks’ 49 bench points, which helped them secure the win over Philadelphia despite being shorthanded. Mann isn’t a fantasy-friendly option often, but he was able to make an impact in the box score on Monday. However, he isn’t a player that managers should be looking to roster.
Terance Mann debuted for the Hawks and contributed four points (2-of-5 FGs), one rebound and three assists against the Wizards on Saturday.
Mann played 25 minutes off the bench in this game, and while he played some good defense for Atlanta, he didn’t make an impact in the box score. Mann should be a large part of their rotation for the rest of the season, but he will be far more impactful for the Hawks than he will be for fantasy managers. Feel free to leave him on the waiver wire.
