Kevin Huerter (thumb) and Jalen Smith (knee) are available to play against the Raptors on Tuesday.
Both players will be good to go after initially being listed as questionable. Huerter missed the first leg of Chicago’s back-to-back, but he should be back in the starting lineup for this game. Smith will be available after seeing a bump in minutes in the blowout loss on Monday, but with Zach Collins operating as the backup center, Smith’s minutes aren’t guaranteed.

Huerter and Terry join a number of other Bulls’ backcourt players on a growing injury list that suggests the team may punt this one against a tanking Toronto team.
