Phil Pressey

Pressey spent the 2017-18 campaign with FC Barcelona, where he played in a combined 43 games between the Spanish ACB League and EuroLeague. He finished with averages of 4.5 points, 1.9 assists and 1.2 rebounds across 11.4 minutes, while shooting 38 percent from the field and a brutal 25.9 percent from deep. After receiving little to no interest from NBA teams this offseason, Pressey will once again play overseas and should slot in as a backcourt rotational piece with Besiktas.

Bye-bye to Pressey. There was a thought that he would be kept around as the third option at point guard, but that is not going to happen. Keep an open ey for where he may land, but realize that he may be heading to Europe to continue playing.

Phoenix needs some depth for a little while longer with Bledsoe and Brandon Knight still sidelined. Pressey hasn't been much of a factor with the Suns so it will be quite unlikely for him to get any further look after this second 10-day stint is over. He can be left on the wires.

With the injuries decimating this Suns team, they are looking for some production out of the guard position and hoping Pressey can help them out. Pressey formally in the Celtics and 76ers organizations will look to produce throughout his ten-day contract in hopes of getting signed for the remainder of the year. He has appeared in 13 games this year averaging just three points a night.
